Service 01

SEO services for businesses that need leads, not rankings.

Rankings are a means. What you are buying is a stream of people who searched for the thing you sell, landed on a page that answered them, and got in touch. Every part of our SEO work is scoped against that, and nothing else.

The problem

Most SEO retainers fail for one of three reasons.

We have taken over enough accounts to see the same three failures repeat. If you have paid for SEO before and it did not work, it was almost certainly one of these.

Failure 01

Content written for a keyword instead of a question

A page targeting "commercial roof repair" that never mentions flat roof membranes, insurance claims or how fast someone can get there in a storm. It matches the string and misses the search. Google has been able to tell the difference since 2022.

Failure 02

Technical debt nobody was allowed to fix

The agency writes the ticket, the developer never gets it prioritised, and eleven months later the site still ships a 4 second largest contentful paint and eight thousand indexable filter URLs. Nothing else matters until this is cleared.

Failure 03

Reporting on sessions instead of money

Traffic up 60 percent, enquiries flat. That happens when the traffic came from informational pages that were never going to convert. We report on the queries with buying intent, and we say when they are not moving.

What is included

Four workstreams, one plan, one person accountable for it.

These do not run as separate projects handed between departments. Your lead owns all four, which is why the technical queue and the content queue never contradict each other.

Sequence

What happens in the first six months.

See the full process

01

Clear the technical debt

Weeks 1 to 6

Nothing we publish performs if the crawler cannot reach it or the page takes four seconds to render. We fix indexation, speed and architecture before we write a word.
  • Full crawl, index coverage review and manual action check
  • Core Web Vitals work with your developer, or by us if you have no developer
  • Internal link and canonical structure rebuilt around your money pages
02

Fix the pages you already have

Weeks 3 to 10

The cheapest rankings on any site are the pages sitting at position 8 to 20. They already have authority and history. Most of them need intent repair, not a rewrite.
  • Cannibalisation audit, then consolidation or redirection
  • Rewrites of commercial pages against what the results page actually rewards
  • Title, heading and internal anchor work across the money pages
03

Build the pages you are missing

Weeks 8 to 20

Now we add. Service pages, comparison pages, location pages and the supporting cluster that makes them credible, each briefed from a real interview and each mapped to a query nobody else on your site is targeting.
  • Two to six new commercial pages a month, depending on scope
  • Supporting content that answers the questions those buyers ask next
  • Schema and internal linking applied as each page ships
04

Earn authority and compound

Month 4 onward

Link acquisition, refreshes on pages that slipped, and expansion into the next tier of keywords. This is where SEO stops being a cost line and starts behaving like an asset.
  • Ongoing earned link work with a logged outreach trail
  • Quarterly content refresh on anything losing position
  • Expansion decisions made with you, on the money, every quarter

Fit

This is not right for everyone.

Turning down work we cannot win is cheaper for both of us than discovering it in month five.

  • Good fit: you have an offer that already converts, a site that can be edited, and the patience for a six-month build.
  • Good fit: you are spending on Google Ads and want to stop paying for clicks you could own.
  • Good fit: you serve a market with real search volume and a lead worth more than a hundred dollars.
  • Poor fit: you need leads inside 30 days. Start with Google Ads and add SEO once cash flow allows.
  • Poor fit: nobody searches for what you sell yet. That is a Meta Ads problem, not an SEO one.
  • Poor fit: you want guaranteed positions. We will not sell them and you should not buy them.

Questions

SEO questions we get every week.

How long before SEO produces leads?

On a site with no penalty and a reasonable domain history, expect early ranking movement in eight to sixteen weeks and a channel you can forecast against by month six to nine. Sites carrying heavy technical debt or a thin link profile sit at the slower end.

If you need leads faster than that, we will tell you on the audit call and suggest running search ads alongside rather than letting you wait and lose confidence in month three.

Do you buy backlinks?

No. Paid link inventory is resold to hundreds of sites and carries somebody else's risk straight into your domain. We build links through original data from your business, free tools worth using, supplier and association relationships, and PR angles a journalist can actually run with.

Will you write the content, or do we?

Either works. When we write, we start with a fifteen minute interview with someone on your team who has actually done the work, because that is where the detail and the numbers come from. If you have writers already, we brief them and edit for search intent instead of duplicating a role you are paying for.

What happens to the work if we stop the retainer?

You keep all of it. Pages, technical fixes, tracking setup, schema and earned links stay on your site and in your accounts, because everything is built in your ownership from week one. There is no proprietary platform holding your data hostage.

We crawl your site, read your Search Console, check your three closest competitors and send you a written list of what to fix in what order. Yours to keep whether or not you hire us.
